1. Pledge Manager
We've had to change our pledge manager from Pledge Box to BACKERKIT. They're a little more expensive, but they're definitely worth it, as they'll make your life and my life easier.
What is a pledge manager?
A pledge manager is a resource that crowd funders like Groooveee can use to manage the campaign fulfilment process better.
They streamline the finalisation of your order by confirming shipping costs and handling address changes while keeping you up to date with your order along the way.
In short, they gather and provide information for your benefit to minimize errors (as admin is their specialty!) which means reduced headaches in the future.
What next?
Backerkit will send out a survey soon which will ask you a few simple questions about your order and ask you to confirm your shipping address.
(And just to add that if it doesn't happen this week, I will confirm an approximate date ASAP - thanks for your patience in the interim!).

What next?
We know some of you are experienced with Kickstarter, but we also know we have many first-time backers with us, so these are the next THREE steps in the process.
1. Payments
Kickstarter will process your payment using your credit card details provided.
This can take up to 10-14 days, so please be patient as we don't control this process, but do let us know if we can help!
If Kickstarter can't process your payment, it will make another attempt after a few days.
What is my payment is declined?
Issues Preventing Payment
i) Two-factor authorization
ii) Expired card
iii) Payment flagged as fraudulent
iv) Insufficient funds
Solutions to Issues
- Pay close attention to your banking app messages
- Ensure that you are logged into your Kickstarter account
- Contact your bank (sometimes, you simply need to authorize the payment)
- Try using a different card
- Email [email protected] or us at [email protected]
2. Our Kickstarter Pledge Manager - "Pledge Box"
In the next few weeks we will email you a link to Pledge Box, a company who is helping us out with our Kickstarter admin. Here, you can login and:
- Enter your shipping address
- Upgrade your Pledge (if you like)
- Pay the remaining balance (shipping costs + any chosen upgrades)
3. Working Hard on Groooveee
We will now move to the next stage of development and we are in great shape to do this, with our world class manufacturer, Morpho MFG, and a manufacturing specialist we've just formally signed to the Groooveee team to oversee the entire process.
As this will be an exciting time, be sure to stay tuned for updates here in Kickstarter, and also in our exclusive groups Groooveee Instagram and Groooveee Facebook.
